Resurfaced from Fabric: two screenshots of Relume's email preference flow, saved Aug 26. After unsubscribing, the confirmation offers one-tap resubscribe and a link to manage all preferences, which is close to Monday's undo and manage-all decision. The preference screen differs on one point: it lists Transactional as a checkbox, while your plan shows transactional email disabled, so that's the part not to copy. 001

Tuesday has nothing on either calendar, and it's the only full working day before Wednesday's 10:00 AM design sync with Nick. Monday's meeting notes set two designs for that sync and ranked them: sequence analytics first, then the email preferences and unsubscribe page, both ahead of the course redesign. Form still lists only course work as High. One decision is still open: Convex sent another over-limit notice at 11:05 PM last night.

Finish the sequence analytics design today
It's first in Monday's ranking and still has an open question about which metrics lead. Get it reviewable before starting the preferences page, so Wednesday refines a direction instead of choosing one.
Since Monday's Briefs
The week's priorities moved
Wednesday's Product and Design Standup moved from 2:00 PM to 10:00 AM, the remaining sprint sessions are off your calendar, and a Friday evening block now holds the Texas sales tax return. Monday's notes don't mention the course ticket or the Sep 28 follow-ups, so those stay open behind this week's two designs.
Today
No meetings today. The next fixed point is Wednesday at 10:00 AM, and both designs are due there.

Nothing on either calendar
The sprint sessions that filled Tuesday and Wednesday mornings are no longer on your Heartbeat calendar, so the whole day is open. No design sessions are placed. Once the two designs are in Form, Ducky can place protected blocks.
Wednesday
Nick moved it from 2:00 PM because Monday's notes record that you have plans that afternoon. Both designs are due at this review, so today is effectively the deadline.

Later this week
The Texas return for the period ending Sep 30 is due Oct 20, so Friday's block leaves eleven days of margin. Thursday's product and marketing sync stays declined.

Protect the analytics design first
Monday's ranking puts it ahead of the preferences page. If only one gets finished, bring the analytics design complete and the member preferences page as a draft, rather than two half-finished designs.Work

Sequence analytics
First design for Wednesday
You've narrowed five directions to one. Monday's notes ask for about four headline metrics (entered, active, completed and exited) as a funnel or trend lines, steps as parent rows with their channels beneath, and a people table showing last received and next scheduled. Bounce and unsubscribe rates move into a step-level detail view, and the current Codex build's component misuse needs cleaning up.
Email preferences
Second design, member version first
Two surfaces: a no-login unsubscribe and preferences page, and redesigned notification settings. Already decided: one marketing toggle, one-click unsubscribe with undo, a manage-all link beneath the preference an email points to, community branding with no admin customization, and transactional email shown but disabled. Both must work at mobile width without the community frame. Lead and admin versions come later.
Convex
Still over the free plan
Convex sent another over-limit notice at 11:05 PM last night, the latest in a run since mid-September. The Oct 3 notice is in the trash, but no upgrade or reply shows in email. No notice has mentioned a pause, but Convex says projects need an upgrade to keep running. Recommendation: spend five minutes on the usage page before design work, move to Starter if a Segern project you still use runs on Convex, and otherwise let it pause. Starter has no base fee and bills only usage past the free allowance. Confidence: medium. Assumption: trashing the Oct 3 notice wasn't already your decision to let it pause; if it was, nothing more is needed.

The metric choice may reopen the structure
Mayhul's concern was that the design isn't yet opinionated about which numbers matter, and the health score was dropped because no one agreed on a definition. If the page doesn't argue for its four headline metrics, Wednesday may revisit the structure instead of refining it. A one-line reason for each metric would answer that before it's asked.Close

Not on Wednesday's invite
The metrics concern is his, but the 10:00 AM sync lists only you and Nick. If his view should shape the analytics design, send him the draft before the sync or ask Nick to add him. Otherwise, expect his feedback afterwards.
Products · Figma: from today, the Figma agent in Figma Design and Weave tools leave beta and draw from the same AI credit pool as Figma Make. Figma says agent cost varies with prompt complexity, the actions it takes and attached context such as libraries. If the agent helps with Wednesday's designs, check your remaining credits first so the allowance doesn't run out partway through. 002

Form against Monday's ranking
Add both designs to Form as High
Form's open High items are the two course tasks and four subtasks, and none covers sequence analytics or email preferences. Monday's notes rank sequence analytics first, email preferences second and courses third, with both designs due Wednesday. Recommendation: add the two designs as High tasks due Wednesday at 10:00 AM, and leave the course tasks open behind them. Confidence: medium. Assumption: the ranking in Nick's notes is the order you agreed, not only his summary of it.
